Refunds and cancellation
Your first analysis is free so you can see what VIBE does before paying anything. If you paid and it was not what you expected, we would rather give the money back than argue about it.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email support@vibewingman.app and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted when the subscription ends.
Refunds
Your plan refills every 7 days, so a subscription is made of weeks you have used and weeks you have not. Refunds follow that line.
- Within 7 days of a charge, if you have not really used it — full refund of that charge. “Not really used” means at most 5 analyses and 10 counselling messages since the charge.
- Within 14 days of your first payment, same light use — full refund, on monthly and yearly plans.
- Used more than that — we refund the part you have not reached yet: whole unused months on a yearly plan, whole unused weeks on a monthly one. A weekly plan has nothing left to refund once its week is running, so cancelling is the right move there instead.
- VIBE was broken — if the service did not work and we could not fix it, we refund the affected period however much you used.
We can see how many analyses and counselling messages happened since your last charge, and when. We use that to answer, not to argue — if the number is borderline we will refund it.
Nothing here takes away a right you have by law. If your local rules give you more than this policy does, you get the more generous one.
How to ask
Email support@vibewingman.app from the address on the account. You do not need to explain yourself. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
If you live somewhere with a legal right of withdrawal for digital services, that right applies on top of this policy and is not affected by anything here.
