Terms of use
VIBE is run by the operator of VIBE. Using it means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use it.
What VIBE is
You give VIBE a conversation. It tells you what it reads in the messages and suggests one next move. That is a machine reading text, and it can be wrong. Treat it as a second opinion, not an answer.
VIBE is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a professional or someone you trust.
VIBE cannot know what another person feels or predict what they will do. Every decision you make is yours, and so is responsibility for it.
You need to be 18
VIBE is for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
What you must not do
- Upload conversations you are not part of, or anything obtained without the right to have it.
- Use VIBE to harass, stalk, deceive, coerce, or keep contacting someone who has asked you to stop.
- Upload content involving anyone under 18.
- Try to break the limits on your account, attack the service, or resell access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of this, without a refund for the remainder of a billing period.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to produce your analysis and run the service. See the privacy page for what is kept and what is not.
Subscriptions
Payment is handled by Paddle as merchant of record. A subscription renews automatically at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel. Cancel any time using the link in your receipt email, or by emailing support@vibewingman.app. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Plans include a usage limit, shown on the upgrade page. If we change prices or limits, existing subscribers will be told before it applies to them.

Availability
VIBE depends on services we do not control, and it can be slow, unavailable, or interrupted. We do not promise it will always work.
Liability
VIBE is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens in your relationships, for decisions you make after reading an analysis, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Closing your account
You can stop using VIBE at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email support@vibewingman.app from your sign-up address.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use VIBE after that means you accept the change.
